1. Subject

Before sending orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the Seller, we suggest to verify the conditions of their sale because the seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the Seller.
1.3 The products are sold to the customer identified by the data entered in completing and sending the order form in electronic format with the simultaneous acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

• a reference to the conditions for the exercise of your right of withdrawal;
• how and when to return products purchased.

4. Evasion Order
4.1 By submitting the Order through Internet, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe in relations with the Seller, these General Conditions of Sale.
4.2 The contract, the Seller will send you by e-mail, a confirmation of the order, containing a summary of the information contained in the Order described in sections 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5.

4.6 The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered products to the customer no later than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
4.7 Each sale made by the Vendor through the online sales service can cover one or more products, with no limit on quantity for each item.
4.8 Myola STORE reserves the right to refuse orders from a customer with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute regarding a prior order. This applies equally to all cases in which Myola STORE considers the customer unsuitable, including, but not limited to the case of previous violations of conditions of contract for purchase online on the Site or for any other legitimate reason, especially if the customer has been involved in fraudulent activity of any kind.

5. Sales prices
5.1 Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices of the products and shipping costs and delivery times indicated on the website and in the Order are to be considered VAT included and expressed in Euro. The validity of the prices is always and only one indicated by the website at the time of transmission of the Order through Internet. Product prices and shipping costs and delivery times may vary without notice. So make sure the final price of sale before sending the relevant Order.
5.2 All products are shipped directly from Italy. 6. Shipping and delivery of products
6.1 Each shipment contains:

7. Payment

8. Right of withdrawal
8.1 Only if the client awarding the contract is a consumer (meaning with this definition any natural person acting on the site for purposes unrelated to business or professional activity), will have the right to terminate its contract with the seller, without penalty and without giving any reason, by communicating to the Seller within fourteen (14) days from the day in which the customer or a third party designated by the Customer and other than the Carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. 8.2 The withdrawal must be communicated through:

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

10. Warranty of non-conforming product
10.1 Seller is responsible for any defects in products offered on the site, including the non-compliance of the articles to the ordered products, in accordance with the provisions of Italian law.

12. Applicable law, settlement of disputes and jurisdiction
